The architect Rina deftly showing studio Rina Lovko Design, filled with a representative of Kiev apartment elements of Japanese minimalism. The residence area of 78 square meters is filled with natural light, although in the initial planning it was a lot of unnecessary doors, dark corners and heavy wall in the middle. The architect decided to tear down the walls and build a new space from scratch. As a result, throughout the apartment were only two doors - the toilet and at the entrance, leaving no dark corners in the plan.
A small area is required the maximum use of space without loading it with unnecessary shelves and dust-collecting objects. At the same time it provides everything you need for a comfortable life master. The customer wanted the bathroom and toilet were separated, so the architect has placed a bath by the window, and the next - the shower area. Now the customer can enjoy the view over the city every morning, excellent starting a new day. The compact kitchen connected with the living room and is located in a makeshift niche. Construction of multi-function wall in the living room possible to install the air conditioning system, Bio Fireplace, home cinema and audio equipment, the projector is hidden cabinets and dynamic lighting in one place.
To visually expand the space, the architect used a lot of mirrors. For example, in the L-shaped corner corridor mirror reflects the cabinet and making square space visually.
The project uses only natural materials. Cabinets are finished with oak veneer, glass shelves are made to order. Wooden bed frame with side panels and shutters are also made on an individual sketch.
