Tsai Residence framed studio Tai & Architectural Design and is located in Taipei, Taiwan. Today, the world's major cities real estate prices do not allow young people to acquire the residence, which can be called the house and plan my life in them.

Increasingly, it is a small space for arrangement of which is a very modest budget, if not rent an apartment, as is the case with this project. Young couple appealed to the architects with a request to issue the apartment so that after five years of completion of the contract, they were able to return it to its original state, as required by law. To do this, all the walls are painted white, making the apartment bright, clean and visually more spacious. All communications from the ceiling left open. The decor sought to minimalism. Living in an apartment is combined with a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and a storage room are separate.
