Delicious cookies for 15 minutes

1. Coconut biscuits
You will need:
100 g flour
100 g of sugar
200 g coconut
2 eggs

Preparation:

4. Chocolate cookies
You will need:
240 g of chocolate to melt
4 tbsp. l. butter
2/3 cup flour
1/2 h. L. baking powder
1/2 h. L. salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 h. L. vanilla sugar
150 g of chocolate, chopped into small pieces
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cover the baking sheet of parchment paper.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Mix with a mixer the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar (about 4 minutes).
Melt 240 grams of chocolate with oil in a water bath or in a microwave oven.
Add the melted chocolate to the sugar-egg mixture and mix on low speed.
In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add the chocolate mixture and mix.
Place the dough in the remaining 150 g chocolate pieces and mix.
Put round cookies via tablespoon baking sheet at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
5. Homemade oatmeal cookies
You will need:
100 g butter
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits
Preparation:

5 Art. l. instant coffee
200 g butter
200 ml of cream (30%)
250 g of sugar
3 tbsp. l. cocoa
650 g flour
Preparation:

2 egg yolks
1 packet of vanilla sugar
230 g flour
80 g of powdered sugar
120 g butter
