1. Latin American Vegetable Soup

- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
- Tomato - 1 pc .;
- Garlic - 3 cloves;
- White wine - 100 gr .;
- Chicken broth - 4 cups;

- Green peas - 1 cup;
- Dill, cilantro.
Preparation: heat the oil in the pan with a thick bottom and fry therein sausage until crisp and then pull it out on the plate.
Put in oil diced onion and carrot. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add the chopped garlic, and a minute later - wine. Bring to the boil and put in a pot of sliced potatoes, tomatoes and zaley broth.
Boil a soup for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Then add cauliflower, beans and peas, greens, fried sausage and salt. Vary for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
2. Cordon Bleu Chicken with ham and cauliflower sauce

- chicken breast - 4 pcs .;
- Ham - 8 slices;
- Cauliflower - 100 g .;
- Almond flour;

- Egg - 1 pc .;

- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup.
