The Soviet Union built a lot of very different buildings and engineering structures. Some of them looked "safely". And that's putting it mildly. Where it would be better to name some of the buildings of that era frankly ridiculous. Funny, but among the listed options, the circus just one.

1. "The Ministry of the commercial bank"

intricate building was constructed in Georgia during the Soviet era. Originally it housed the Ministry of highways of the country. Now the building is still used, however, now it is one of the branches of a commercial bank.
2. "Forum"
