Arquitetura Nacional Project Office has designed private residence Loft Diego in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Flat area of ​​68 square meters is represented by two levels, the first of which is an open space daytime zone, and on the mezzanine designed bedroom, bathroom and dressing. The steel structure holds the upper floor a floating staircase, spiraling black volume which does not touch the floor.

The unity of all elements of the interior minimalist transmitted through the material palette, enhancing the spatial effect. Three major surfaces in the apartment - this is concrete tile, carbonized wood and concrete floor. The glass facade is protected by shutters, giving the user full control over the flow of natural light, penetrating inside and throwing playful shadows. Careful lighting enhances architectural desired results, highlighting the most important elements and allowing the user to create different moods.
